Puppy Agreement
Our puppy agreement ensures that you receive your hand picked family member in a clear, transparent, and safe way. Our agreement includes a non-refundable deposit of $500-$1,000 (litters may vary). It includes your specified gender and pick number, and also includes the total price of your puppy. Puppies will be ABKC and/or UKC Registered. **If you have opted into a payment plan that will also be included.
Payment Plan Agreement
Our payment plan provides a simple and easy way to get the pup of your dreams while remaining economical. Our payment plan includes a non-refundable deposit, a schedule of payments to be paid in full at the time of your pup turning 8 weeks of age, and no later than 10 weeks of age (late fees may apply).
*Shipping and ear cropping may be added to payment plans.
*Payment plans will be in addition to the puppy agreement.
Stud Agreement
Our stud agreement is a breeding agreement from the stud you selected. This will include an initial breeding with all costs for shipping and insemination paid by the buyer. If your female has 2 or less puppies ( not due to error or death) you will be granted a repeat breeding at no charge. This agreement is to be paid in full via an approved payment method. For approved females cash + a pup back deal could be an option (contact us for details).

Pet Home Only Agreement
Our pet home only agreement involves gaining a companion for life without having to purchase breeding rights. Terms of agreement may vary.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
